Whether you\u2019ve been approved or rejected for a loan in the past, there are ways that you can be a responsible payday loan borrower. We created a go-to guide on what GoDay looks for in its customers and how you can borrow responsibly.<\/p>\n

Do you have an outstanding loan with us or any other payday or short term loan company?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes-<\/strong><\/p>\n

At GoDay we won\u2019t give you another loan until you\u2019ve paid off the one you currently have outstanding with us. We won\u2019t know if you have one with another company, but this will impact your credit score and we don\u2019t recommend having more than one loan outstanding at a time.<\/p>\n

No-<\/strong><\/p>\n

Have you had a loan with us in the past? If you are a first-time borrower, we can only issue you a loan up to $500 until we get to know you, after that we can issue loans based on what you need and work with you to customize your loan with no hidden fees or surprises. What you see is what you get with GoDay.<\/p>\n

What are you using your loan for?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We don\u2019t ask you what you\u2019re using our services for, but we only want you to have to visit us when you really need us. At GoDay we\u2019re about getting you back on track financially with our loans as a form of support, not to have you fall further behind. We want to be used to help bridge the gap between paychecks or in cases of an emergency, not to go shopping for the latest handbag<\/a> or non-necessities. Need help getting back on track? Paying your loan back on time<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you get a loan from GoDay, we customize it to suit your needs. This includes the time you may need to pay back\u00a0your loan. Run out of time? The best thing you can do is contact our customer service team immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Worst case scenario? Avoid your loan payments and not contact us. Why? This will have a big impact on any future loans you may need, as we will need to rebuild our relationship, but also\u00a0if you put off payments for a long amount of time it will also negatively affect your credit score.
