Don’t Judge – Our Customers are Also Not What You’d Expect
With the changing economic climate, we’ve noticed a wider variety of payday loan customer. We know the industry has a nasty stigma, but now-a-days, it shouldn’t. Everyone has lines of credit, credit cards, mortgages, student loans, car loans – you name it! Why is this kind of loan looked at any differently, and more over, why are those who use the service looked at any differently? Society has this idea of what payday loans are, or what the “kinds of people” that take them out are like. In all honesty, it’s wrong. We live this every single day and we can tell you, with 100% certainty, that what most people think is a misconception.
Our Advice: Don’t knock it ’till you try it!
It Doesn’t Hurt To Ask Questions
We get asked a ton of questions every day, generally ranging from “when do I have to repay?” , “how fast can I get my money?” and “how much can I get?”. Simple, right? We invite questions and are glad to answer them. But, to this day, we’re surprised at how many people first assume and never speak up. Then, something happens that they didn’t expect, someone gets angry, and it turns into an unpleasant situation.
We try to best educate you prior to your loan agreement being signed, but we’re also not mind readers. No question is a stupid question! The good news is that once you re-loan, you’re basically an expert!
Our Advice: If you’re not sure about something, speak up. It’s better to do it before you sign something than afterwards.
Budget Out How Much You Need Before You Move Our Slider
We use top-of-the-line industry tools to evaluate how much to lend because we believe it’s never a good idea to give you more than what you can afford to pay back. That being said, you’d be surprised how many people think they can apply for the maximum right away, or for more than what they make on one paycheck. We believe in responsible lending, so please don’t ever expect us to give you more than what’s reasonable.
Our Advice: Applying for a loan blindly is like going to the grocery store hungry – never a good idea. Before you apply with us, sit down with your own budget and see what you really need, not what you want.
Program a Reminder Into Your Smartphone for Repayment Date
Life happens. There are probably a million-and-one things that are higher on your priority list than us. We get it, and we’re okay with it. However, we don’t want you to totally forget about our agreement and then have you be surprised when, come repayment date, we take your payment.
Our Advice: The moment you receive your loan, program an alarm or a reminder in your phone for your repayment date, or right before, to let yourself know the money will be taken out on that date. We will remind you via email, but this way you’re in complete control.
